About PEP

Our design philosophy, evolved through experience, has always been to produce inventive and cost effective engineering solutions with full recognition of any limitations imposed by the design brief.
We provide civil and structural consultancy services for a wide range of commissions, from investigative reports to full design and detailing of multi-million pound commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, educational, institutional, residential and hospital projects.
Quality, speed of design and rapid response to problems are hallmarks of the Company, made possible by our highly experienced team of design engineers and technicians, supported by our suite of computer aided design programs, AutoCAD and other specialist detailing packages.
Hands on Principals are mindful that the success of any contract, on time and within budget, is largely dependent upon close co-operation with the project team, and full appreciation of the client’s requirements and needs.
As demonstration of our commitment to site safety, we are registered as Pre-Qualified Designers under the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), and all of our design engineers hold a CSCS card.
The Company is Quality Assured and carries full Professional Indemnity Insurance cover.
PEP Civil and Structures are based at the Bourne End Service Area, off the A41, just north of the Hemel Hempstead turn-off. The offices are located beside the Premier Inn hotel.
